Small dialogue system related bugfixes, velocity UI update, new game cursor. Next build will be 0.7.x version with major update.

A promising game. Requests: please add to encyclopedia information about how altitudes are displayed on minimap (what blue/cyan means). And hope you'll optimize it more :)
Thanks! I will add this information into the tutorial quest description and will try to optimise gpu with instansting & some other techniques in the next update
